This September, pupils at ���ϳԹ��� Foxhills in Scunthorpe will start participating in an innovative and ambitious programme aiming to help thousands of pupils in England to get on track for high achievement in GCSE Latin. 

Jessica Horsley, Teacher of Science and Army Reserve from ���ϳԹ��� Carlton served King and Country in The King’s coronation parade on Saturday 6th May.

Pupils from Outwood Primary Academy Alne in York and Outwood Primary Academy Bell Lane in Pontefract have taken part in a mini-triathlon organised by the Brownlee Foundation.

���ϳԹ��� Bishopsgarth and ���ϳԹ��� Redcar have welcomed Channel 4’s initiative aimed at inspiring school students to explore careers in TV and broadcasting.

Middlesbrough schools have praised a “life-changing” careers programme that gave students an expert insight into the world of work. Forty students from the town’s secondary schools have completed the Skills For Life programme, which aims to spark imagination and ambition in young people.

Students and staff at ���ϳԹ��� Adwick have raised more than £1,000 for Teenage Cancer Trust after a charity event. The ‘Forever 19’ event was held in memory of Joseph Lunn and Lulu Blundell, who both passed away at age 19 after battling cancer.

Pupils and staff at Outwood Junior Academy Brumby have been praised by Ofsted following a two-day inspection in February.

Students from ���ϳԹ��� Riverside will be performing on stage at Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, London, on 24 April with Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber.

���ϳԹ��� Valley in Worksop, has been recognised for its outstanding careers work this week. The school has achieved the national Quality in Careers Standard awarded under licence by Ixion (Part of the Shaw Trust Group).
