OA Portland raises over £4,000 in charity 5k run
On Friday 4 November, 130 students and staff took part in the charity 5k run at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Portland, inspired by former student, Lulu Blundell, raising funds for Teenage Cancer Trust.
Discover career opportunities at Outwood recruitment event
The recruitment event will be held at Jurys Inn, located on Fry St, Middlesbrough and will run across two days. Anyone wanting more information can drop in at the event any time between 8am – 8pm on Tuesday 15 November or 8am and 4pm on Wednesday 16 November.
‘Bike Fest’ raises money for Yorkshire Air Ambulance
On Friday 14 October, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Shafton presented a cheque to Yorkshire Air Ambulance representative, Laura Lawton. The money was raised at the ‘Bike Fest’ event back in July.
NHS Careers Day at OA Foxhills
The event which took place at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Foxhills on 14 October, gave GCSE Health and Social Care students an insight into the many career opportunities available within the National Health Service (NHS).
